Blackboard is experiencingperformance issueswith Cloud Connector that is affecting Box View, SafeAssign, Attendance Tool, and third party B2's that require cloud access. Engineers are working on this and clients are beginning to see the issue is resolved.

**Details of Incident **On February 11, 2019 starting at approximately 1:43 PM EST, the Cloud Connection service in most regions experienced an interruption in availability due to a configuration change. The incident lasted until 02:05 PM EST, when the configuration change was rolled back. • 12:50 PM: Configuration change initiated. • 1:43 PM: Notification was sent to DevOps that the cloud connect feature service was unavailable for Learn sites. • 1:45 PM: Root cause identified. Work begins on configuration fix. • 1:57 PM: Initiation of issue remediation. • 2:05 PM: Cloud connect services restored • 2:05 PM: End of incident
