Turning Technologies Experiencing Issues Archived

Students who are currently experiencing issues with their Turning Technologies account such as no active subscription and are covered under the bulk-upload agreement (grandfathered), or who purchased a subscription and are covered, will need to reach out directly to Turning Technologies at: [866-746-3015](tel:(866) 746-3015) ext. 7009 or submit a ticket. Only Turning Technologies can correct account issues and handle refunds.
Faculty experiencing issues with their Turning Technologies account such as an incorrect role (student instead of instructor) will also need to reach out to Turning Technologies directly.
